Visor printing
So you’ve made your cosplay mask or helmet. You scaled it to your fit perfectly. Its custom and wonderful. Now what do you do for a visor?
Some masks can get a simple plastic sheet and window tint, we all know that. But then there are those helmets that have complex geometry or engraved detail, or both! You can’t buy an off-the-shelf visor because you scaled your helmet to actually fit properly so a generic visor won’t do the trick. And you’re really not looking to spend a bunch of money building and learning how to vacuum form (plus the wasted material during your learning curve) for just a visor or even a handful of items. So what do you do?
Have you considered having a clear resin visor printed for you, at the scale matching your helmet/mask?
